More than 25 years of experience in the distribution and manufacture of Industrial Safety Equipment allows us today to offer a professional and effective representation service for European brands wishing to set up, reorganize or improve their distribution networks in Spain, Andorra and Portugal.

At Spirex we know the introduction, promotion and consolidation of a brand in the market implies a great effort of time and resources for the manufacturer. Our responsibility is to optimize these resources to achieve the manufacture’s goals in the shortest time possible.

The distribution network is a key element in the strategy of introducing the brand and its promotion and market positioning. Correct and optimal selection of distributors is essential to avoid conflicts between them and the failure of the distribution strategy.

To achieve success, at Spirex we take care of selecting each distributor according to the market in which it is addressed, its territorial scope and the human and technical resources available to it. We also take care of providing the necessary product training as well as providing technical and commercial support when needed.

To complement our commercial services to manufacturers and distributors, we have a logistics warehouse that allows us to provide a fast delivery service in 24/48 hours for urgent orders, repair and maintenance of equipment, offices, meeting room and showroom. Facilities strategically located at 45 minutes from Barcelona sea port, 40 minutes from Barcelona El Prat International Airport and 15 minutes from the motorway and logistics platform CIM Vallès.

To the users we offer our experience and technical knowledge to advise and help to choose the right product that suits their needs based on their activity, the environmental conditions of the workplace and the risks to which they are exposed.

Our commitment is that products are easy to find in the market by the customers, profitable for distributors and the brand is correctly positioned in the market.

Spirex provides an integral service to the manufacturers and distributors to optimize their costs and guarantee the operation of all distribution networks.

Implementation of distribution networks

We select distributors according to the objectives of each manufacturer, their target market, territorial scope and available resources.

Storage & logistics

Permanent stock for shipping in 24/48 hours from our warehouse located in Barcelona, to provide a quick response to urgent orders and stock breakages from our distributors.

Integrated order management

We take care of the integral management of the sales circuit both for orders shipped from our warehouse and direct shipments from the factory. The service includes: receipt of orders, delivery confirmation, handling and shipping of orders not shipped directly from the factory, incident management, billing and collection management.

After-sales service

Workshop for maintenance and repair of safety equipment according to established procedures of the manufacturer.

Training

Our experience and close involvement with our represented brands allows us to periodically carry out the training that the distributor’s sales team needs.

Distributor support

Technical assistance and support service to the distributor in his work of introducing the product in the market.

Prescription

We visit users to provide them with our technical support as well as to promote and introduce the products of our represented brands and their subsequent referral to the area distributor.
